Can I book a rental property for less than a week?
It depends on the property. In general, rentals are priced based upon a minimum stay of one week (7 nights). However, some properties may prorate prices for stays of less than 7 nights.

Can I book a rental property for more than a week, like 10 days?
Yes. You may book a property for more than a week, as long as the property is available for the dates you request. The weekly rate may be prorated for the number of nights you book.

What if something breaks down in my rental property?
The local property manager has an office in the area of your property, and will provide you with contact numbers in the event of an emergency. The local property managers are responsible for the overall management of the property, and make sure that the property and its equipment are in good working order. However, as with any home, unanticipated events can occur. The local manager is there to assist in the event of such an occurrence.

Can I get maid service at my rental property?
The prices for the rentals include one maid service per week, which most people use about mid-way through their stay. More frequent maid service can be arranged for an additional charge (priced on an hourly basis), and must be paid for by the client.

Can I get a chef to cook for me in my rental property?
We can arrange any additional services, such as a chef, or the stocking of the villa with groceries for your arrival. These services are priced individually and are not included in the rental price, so just let us know what you would like and we will get you a price quote. The client must pay for these additional services.

How do I pay for a rental property?
All rental properties must be paid in full prior to the arrival date. Payment must be made by check in US Dollars. Credit cards are not accepted for rentals.

What is included in the rental price?
The price includes tax, utilities and one maid service per week. Phone charges are extra and must be paid to the local manager upon departure. Other services, such as the purchase of groceries, additional maid service, etc., are extra and must be paid by the client locally when the services are rendered.

What are the rental property payment terms?
Once we confirm that the rental property is available for the dates requested, we will invoice you for a deposit of one-third of the total cost of the rental. Along with the invoice, we will send you a booking form that outlines the terms and conditions of the rental. The completed booking form must be returned to us, along with the deposit. A security deposit is also required, which varies by property. The balance of the cost of the rental will be due approximately 60 days prior to the arrival date, along with the security deposit.

Why is there a security deposit?
The security deposit is required to cover any damages, or other additional charges that were not included in the rental price and were not paid locally, such as phone charges, extra maid service, groceries, etc. If there are no damages or unpaid additional charges, the security deposit will be returned in full.
